Honeycomb hat…I’m still not sure how much I like it :/ Maybe if I try it again…
My first ever commissioned work :) I made up the pattern. The most difficult part was placing everything and sewing it on.
Obviously when I first started crocheting I went crazy making hats since that was a pattern I could do by memory and I knew I could do well. Btw, my go-to pattern for beanies is this one. I just change the hook size or adjust the number of beginning stitches and stitches in subsequent rows in order to change the size to fit the recipient.
I actually also learned to crochet from this lovely lady’s youtube videos because they were the first resource for lefties I found.
A panda hat I made for my boyfriend back when he was just my boy friend. I gave it to him for his half-birthday and graduation from a Bible institute. He looooooves that beanie. (But he dislikes the fact that I have a need to take a picture of him ever time he’s opening a present…lol)
I didn’t follow a pattern but there are some very similar ones on Ravelry.
The first scarf I ever made from some yarn I found at Hobby Lobby…I can’t help but think all those little yellow and orange things look like larvae or something…
I’m laying off the crochet today because my wrists have not been too happy. Even making that bracelet didn’t help….instead, I will be painting :)
I’m not too great at painting though so I hope it turns out well….here goes nothing!
